After obtaining the new site, during the preparation process of the complete design documentation, it became necessary to adjust the building dimensions to account for legislative changes in the construction field, local resolutions, and relevant urban planning regulations. On the project implementation site, a workshop with a usable area of 764.2 m² will be constructed instead of the originally planned 590 m² workshop.
The project duration was modified from May 14, 2021 – April 14, 2024 to May 14, 2021 – May 13, 2024.
