On October 21, 2022, after obtaining all specialized permits required by the urban planning certificate issued in February 2022, the complete authorization plan was officially submitted to the Directorate of Urban and Spatial Planning of Miercurea Ciuc. During the October permit review consultation, it was revealed that due to the legally required protective zone between Route 13A and the building, the Miercurea Ciuc Directorate of Urban and Spatial Planning also required a road authority permit to issue the final building permit. The final specialized permit was ultimately received on November 18, 2022, from the road authorities in Brașov and Miercurea Ciuc. Following this, the final phase for issuing the building permit and the necessary approval procedures were initiated. We officially received the final building permit on November 23, 2022.
