We have begun Phase II of the office building and workshop construction project. Construction was divided into two phases; however, since 2019 when the project was designed, we have faced significant increases in construction material prices, which led to major challenges during the works.
Significant price increases for electricity and gas put additional pressure on us, creating the need to introduce a renewable energy source for the factory workshop. To this end, we carried out a thorough energy calculation and a comparison with currently available technical solutions, taking into account Romania's medium- and long-term plans for renewable energy compensation.

To cover project costs, on May 15, 2023, we submitted a request for additional funding under project NTP2020-000035/2, requesting a 15% top-up of the granted subsidy. Unfortunately, our request was rejected and no other external financing was found, so the implementation of Phase II of the investment is being carried out using our own resources, alongside a request for an extension of the project deadline.
As a member of the consortium, Controlsoft Automatizare S.R.L. requested bids from three companies following market research and preliminary consultations. Based on the evaluation committee's proposal, the decision-maker selected the company with the lowest bid as the winner, namely Impex Aurora S.R.L. Consequently, Impex Aurora S.R.L. will continue with the construction of Phase II following the completion of Phase I works.
The doors and windows were already installed during Phase I, so the interior works of Phase II are progressing despite the cold weather in February and March.
